House Rules

Check-in: From 2:00 pm. Check-out: By 10:00 am

No parties or events. This is a quiet, residential complex. Please respect neighbours and the peaceful nature of the property at all times.

Quiet hours apply between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

No vehicle to be left in the driveway except for loading and unloading. Garage door to be closed when not in use.

No smoking permitted in the complex.

Use of the private plunge pool and shared pool is at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. No glass in pool areas.

Sorry, pets are not permitted.

No clothing or towels to be hung on balcony railing and no wet swimmers/towels on soft furnishings including sofas.

Please treat the villa with care and leave it in a tidy condition. Report any damage or breakages promptly.

Please use the designated bins provided and follow local recycling guidelines.

Failure to comply with these house rules may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund.

The space
Light-filled and thoughtfully designed across three levels:

Lower level:
Open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas opening to a private plunge pool and balcony dining overlooking lush gardens. Fully equipped kitchen with butler’s pantry and dishwasher, outdoor BBQ, and powder room.

Middle level:
Two generous bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, seperate powder room and private access to a garden patio.

Upper level:
Private master retreat with king-size bed, ensuite, walk-in robe, and sunroom-style balcony with marina views.

All beds are king size and can be converted to singles on request.
Air-conditioning, ceiling fans, quality furnishings, laundry facilities, and secure double garage included.

One of only ten villas within the secure and tranquil Latitude 16 complex, featuring full electronic security and a large shared swimming pool (approximately 30 metres), often uncrowded due to the boutique size of the complex.
Guest access
Located in a secure, gated complex, the villa is yours for the duration of your stay. One garage space will be available to you.

The main pool is shared with other guests in the complex.
